Pro Energy Consultants’ Promotes Two to C-Level Positions

Pro Energy Consultants has promoted Mark Cannella to chief technical officer and Suave Brachowski to chief operations officer. Both will have a more focused role to help streamline the company's operations and communications, as well as help Pro Energy manage its rapid growth.

CLEVELAND – Aug. 10, 2010 –Pro Energy Consultants has promoted two corporate staff to new roles: Mark Cannella will now assume the role of chief technical officer and Suave Brachowski of chief operations officer. The company’s promotions are designed to improve the flow of internal communications and more effectively manage its rapid growth.

Cannella has operated his own energy auditing business since 1995. In 2008 he teamed up with two franchising experts, Derek Sola and Kris Simonich, and his business model was used to create the Pro Energy Consultants franchise. As chief technical officer, Cannella will expand his role as a business coach and in providing technical support to new franchisees.

“We now have a significant national presence with more than 60 U.S. franchises — and Pro Energy isn’t even two years old yet,” said Cannella, who will continue his previous role of new franchisee training. “This new role will allow me to spend more time working with our franchisees and helping the company maintain its position as the nation’s leading energy auditing firm.”

Brachowski came to Pro Energy Consultants in March 2009 after more than 17 years of franchise operations development consulting. As chief operations officer, Brachowski will manage the company’s departments and make sure standard operations are in place to keep the company running efficiently and remain strong in the future.
