Former McDonald’s Consultant Named Pro Energy Consultant’s Director of Franchise Operations

CLEVELAND – May 05, 2009 – Pro Energy Consultants, the nation’s first home energy audit franchise, announced today the appointment of Suave Brachowski as its director of franchise operations and support. Brachowski brings more than 17 years of franchise operations development experience to Pro Energy’s operations team—including nine years as a consultant with McDonald’s Corporation.

“Suave brings a wealth of experience to our operations management team,” said Pro Energy Consultants Managing Partner Derek Sola.  “He has vast experience in setting up operations infrastructures that have a proven record of start-up success.”

According to Sola, Suave—with his understanding of the legal, operational and training hurdles that new companies face—will play a pivotal role in Pro Energy’s growth and aggressive expansion plans. The company plans to add at least 40 new franchisees in 2009.

“He can offer extensive advice and problem-solving expertise from both the franchisor and franchisee perspective,” added Sola.

Brachowski’s career began at McDonald’s Corporation where he spent almost a decade with the fast-food giant and its suppliers. While with McDonald’s, he served in various roles revolving around operations and franchise systems. Brachowski worked directly with McDonald’s elite global operations team (CORE), Restaurant Management Group, McDonald’s Communication Network (MCN), strategic alliance partners and worked side-by-side with franchise owners.  During his tenure, he helped form processes that grew regional operations best practices for McDonald’s.

In 1995 he expanded his consulting services to other franchise companies, with an emphasis on providing operations leadership with development and support strategies. Brachowski has helped 23 companies and their franchisees/operators grow into industry-leading companies, earning him widespread respect from the franchise community.
