Pro Energy Consultants Offers Free Home Energy Audits on Earth Day

CLEVELAND – April 14, 2009 – National home energy audit experts Pro Energy Consultants announced today it will offer free home energy audits on April 22 to commemorate Earth Day. The offer is only good in its current open markets: Evansville, Charlotte, Albuquerque, Las Vegas and Jacksonville.

“Since Earth Day is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the environment, we thought it was the perfect day to provide homeowners in our existing markets with a free home energy audit,” said Pro Energy Consultants Managing Partner Derek Sola.

Sola said audits on Earth Day will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. However, once an auditor’s schedule is filled, others who call on or before Earth Day will receive a 50 percent discount on their audit. 

Pro Energy Consultants uses state-of-the-art infrared imaging and blower-door testing to determine wasteful energy use in a home or facility. The process begins when a blower door is installed to the home’s front door frame.
